My husband and I didn't know that we would even qualify for anything but thanks to Ker and her hard work and dedication, we are now homeowners. With Ker's guidance, we were able to close on our house 5 weeks earlier than the expected date. We had to wait 3 months for both lenders to approve our offer and Ker was great at keeping us updated and was able to accommodate all our needs, including showing us houses at 7pm to 9pm since my husband and I had crazy work schedule. She was able to answer all of our questions at all hours of the day and night and remained professional with every answer. She did a great job of keeping us in the loop and was able to help us close our short sale home within 2 weeks after our offer was accepted.
